Danny Dalelio  on Piano, Kristy McLoud Vocalist and Kim Clark on Bass

Danny Dalelio, a Brooklyn native, was the band leader of his own orchestra for more than 25 years in NYC, and is a retired educator. Danny is a graduate of Manhattan School of Music and studied with virtuoso classical pianist, Robert Goldsand, as well as the well-known jazz pianist, Mike Longo. Daniel has played in highly esteemed venues such as the New York Philharmonic Hall and Lincoln Center. Danny was the lead pianist at Brownstone Jazz and featured in the New York Times and NBC for his contributions to reviving Jazz in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. He is currently a composer and director of his own band, and editing his latest book on musical theory, which will be released later this year.

Kristy McLoud is the daughter of band director, Daniel Dalelio and the lead singer of Indigo Jazz Band. A native of Brooklyn, she began singing as a small child in her father's orchestra and joined the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. As a young adult, Kristy was one of fifty students in New York who was selected, and attended the Vocal Music Program at Edward R. Murrow for training in vocal and music theory. Kristy has been a featured artist in the Fort Greene Jazz Festival, in Brooklyn, NY and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work, with a concentration in music therapy.

New York’s own Kim Clarke is a multifaceted bassist and composer. Clarke is a 3-time recipient of the coveted NEA Jazz Study Fellowship and a long-time student of the Barry Harris Workshop. Clarke was also a member of Harris’ Jazz Cultural Theatre’s house band for the famed Art Blakey Breakfast Jam.
