Sanitation Steps During COVID-19:

Reservations are required. Please call ahead before you come down. 631.367.6060. Grasso’s is committed to your health & safety.

We are closely following all NYS Standards and Requirements. Please take a moment to read our official guidelines and adhere to the following when dining in person on our patio or in restaurant:

  • First and foremost, please do not join us if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID. We will happily reschedule your reservation for another time.
  • Please arrive on time for your reservation.  If you are going to be late or find yourself needing to cancel, please call.
  • We thoroughly sanitize each area before and after you. 
  • Please adhere to limited seating times of no more than 90 minutes so other guests can enjoy the same experience..
  • We have provided you with multiple hand sanitizers, throughout the restaurant please use as frequently as needed.

Please remember that this is not your typical Grasso’s experience, so please be patient and kind, our staff works hard to ensure you have a delicious, enjoyable, and safe experience.

  • From the onset of this situation, we have strictly followed all CDC advice. Our preparedness plan reflects the most up-to-date advice from these sources.
  •  All food handlers are thoroughly washing hands, keeping arms clean, following cleaning procedures by frequently rinsing for 20 seconds under warm water.
  • We have further increased the frequency and extent to which we clean our kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, door handles and all other high touch surfaces.
  •  We do not have any cases of COVID-19 among our employees, and have a policy in place mandating that any employee who feels unwell, or has a close family member or other person they see frequently that feels unwell, stay home. 
  • All of our food suppliers are proactively following CDC guidelines and aligning themselves with current best practices.
